Steph is a researcher, thinker, and storyteller, each of which nurtures an inner resilience that is as heartening as much as it is inspiring.
His work lives at the intersection of the spiritual, the behavioural, and the mental. Expressed through the creation of transformative models that guide both individuals and organisations toward resilience, growth, and self-respect.
These days, you’ll likely find him lost in a bed of books—pages filled with twenty-five years of recorded conversations, insights, and questions that continue to unfold. His research explores self-respect and the paradox that both expands and retracts humanity—conflict. Or, as he puts it, he’s simply learning how to be a good man from “the woman and children I call family.”
A Doctor of Philosophy candidate in Social Science and Humanities, Steph’s research delves into the role of self-respect in personal and professional transformation.
He also holds a Masters of Behavioural Science in Business, Justice & Conflict Resolution, alongside international accreditations in coaching, business, and leadership. With over two decades of experience spanning six continents, 150 markets, and more than 10,000 hours of large-group facilitation, his career reads like a blueprint for high performance—executive leadership, organisational transformation, business philosophy.
Yet for all the credentials, his belief remains simple:
“I don’t have the knowledge and believe that everyone wants it. I just have it, and I want to share it. I mean, you just have to listen, and you realise we all have something unique to express. I guess the knowledge I have is using me.”
