SPEAKER.
MY HUSBAND IS a researcher, coach, and business philosopher who HAs spent the past two decades exploring the intersection of self-respect, leadership, and transformation.
We believe that real change—whether personal or organisational—starts from within. Our work is about making that process both accessible and actionable.

I’m a Doctor of Philosophy candidate in Social Science and Humanities, researching the role of self-respect in personal and professional growth.
With a Master of Behavioural Science in Business Justice and Conflict Resolution, I’ve spent 20+ years working across six countries and 150 markets, coaching leaders, designing transformation models, and delivering over 10,000 hours of large-group facilitation.
My expertise lies in helping individuals and organisations navigate change, cultivate resilience, and create cultures where people thrive.
I believe that leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about how we show up, the questions we ask, and the way we treat people. Self-respect is at the core of every meaningful transformation, and my mission is to help people develop it from the inside out.
I also believe in great , deep conversations, and the power of a well-timed question. When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the garden, making my family laugh, playing records or exploring new ideas.
I split my time between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast and I’m happiest when I’m laughing or in deep conversation about what makes us human.
the bottom line
“You have mastered success, now what about meaning?”
