WRITER. RESEARCHER.

mediator. THOUGHT LEADER.

SPEAKER.

I AM a researcher, coach, and business philosopher who HAs spent the past two decades exploring the intersection of self-respect and transformation.

The cost of concealment today hinders transformation. When we are Tangled, our identity is fused with our position. We prioritize protection over progress. This leads to:

  • Defensiveness instead of dialogue.

  • Collapsing into the "role," making objective strategy impossible.

  • A lack of pro-social behaviour that stalls collective evolution.

Untangled is the achievement of presence without defence. By utilising the Self-Respect Reset, leaders move into a state of awareness where they no longer need to over-identify with their "suit" or their status.

The result is a culture of Pro-Social Sovereignty:

  • Communicating with clarity because there is nothing to hide.

  • Engaging with others based on the mission, not the hierarchy.

  • The ability to remain present and effective in the moment before a crisis creates "meaning" or panic.

The secret to transformation isn't a new protocol. It is a fundamental shift in the way we achieve outcomes.

I’m a Doctor of Philosophy candidate in Social Science and Humanities, researching the role of self-respect in personal and professional growth.

With a Master of Behavioural Science in Business Justice and Conflict Resolution, I’ve spent 20+ years working across six countries and 150 markets, coaching leaders, designing transformation models, and delivering over 10,000 hours of large-group facilitation.

My expertise lies in helping individuals and organisations navigate change, cultivate resilience, and create cultures where people thrive.

I believe that leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about how we show up, the questions we ask, and the way we treat people. Self-respect is at the core of every meaningful transformation, and my mission is to help people develop it from the inside out.
